Steady Ground blends simple functional movement, traditional yoga breath-work and live guitar music to help you come down from the noise and back into your body. It’s designed for people who feel wired, tense, or worn down—and want a practical way to settle their nervous system without needing to be flexible or experienced.
You’ll move in a way that builds awareness and control. You’ll learn how to breathe with intention, release held tension, and find a steadier baseline—physically and mentally. The live guitar during savasana brings a raw, steady presence that helps your body downshift naturally.
